Structural Reinforcement

Fix Sagging Gutters &
"Screw-Creep" Forever

The Problem: In Montgomery County, freeze-thaw cycles push standard aluminum spikes out of the wood. We call this "Screw-Creep".

The Fix: We don't just hammer them back in. We upgrade your system to 316-Stainless Steel Rafter Mounts. These hidden hangers lock into the structural frame of your house, ensuring they hold fast against winter ice loads.

The "Indian Valley" Upgrade Standard

The Failure (What You Have)

  • Zinc/Aluminum Spikes: Smooth shank nails that pull out easily.
  • Fascia-Only Mount: Attached only to the 1" trim board, not the frame.
  • Wide Spacing: Hangers every 36"+ (Too weak for PA ice).

The Upgrade (What We Install)

  • 316-Stainless Screws: Threaded marine-grade steel that never rusts.
  • Rafter-Tail Anchor: Long-shank screws bite into the roof truss.
  • High-Density Spacing: Hangers every 18-24" for maximum load bearing.

Repair FAQ

How do I know if I need repair or replacement?

If the aluminum trough itself is bent, cracked, or crushed (usually by a tree limb), it needs replacement. If the metal is straight but pulling away from the house, it just needs Repair & Reinforcement.

Do you paint the fascia board?

We install primed white wood or PVC trim. We do not offer cosmetic painting services, but our materials are paint-ready for your painter.

Don't Let It Fall.
